Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel consulting services under these conditions:

  • Request cancellation in writing to support@kognitec.com
  • For ongoing projects, cancellation is effective after the current milestone

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in these cases:

  • Full refund if cancelled before project initiation
  • Partial refund based on work completed for ongoing projects
  • No refund for completed deliverables or custom solutions already delivered

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds credited to the original payment method
  • If in any case refund is processed within 3-5 days it will be credited in bank account within 5-7 working days
  • Email confirmation sent once refund is initiated

Non-Refundable Services

These services are non-refundable:

  • Consultation sessions already conducted
  • Custom AI models and algorithms delivered
  • Data analysis reports and insights provided
  • Training sessions completed

Force Majeure

In events beyond our control (natural disasters, technical failures, etc.), Kognitec will work with clients to reschedule or provide suitable compensation.
