Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel consulting services under these conditions:
- Request cancellation in writing to support@kognitec.com
- For ongoing projects, cancellation is effective after the current milestone

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available in these cases:
- Full refund if cancelled before project initiation
- Partial refund based on work completed for ongoing projects
- No refund for completed deliverables or custom solutions already delivered

Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Refunds credited to the original payment method
- If in any case refund is processed within 3-5 days it will be credited in bank account within 5-7 working days
- Email confirmation sent once refund is initiated

Non-Refundable Services
These services are non-refundable:
- Consultation sessions already conducted
- Custom AI models and algorithms delivered
- Data analysis reports and insights provided
- Training sessions completed

Force Majeure
In events beyond our control (natural disasters, technical failures, etc.), Kognitec will work with clients to reschedule or provide suitable compensation.
