Cancellation Procedures

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime with 7 days written notice
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial months

Project-Based Engagements

  • 30 days written notice required
  • Cancellation effective after completion of current milestone
  • Client responsible for payment of all completed work and work-in-progress

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • Service Not Delivered: Full refund if contracted services are not delivered within agreed timelines
  • Technical Issues: Refund for billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Early Cancellation: Pro-rated refund if project cancelled before work begins (minus 20% administrative fee)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Work already completed or in progress
  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Completed monthly subscription periods
  • Deliverables already provided to client

How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method

Processing Time: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Special Circumstances

  • Force Majeure: Refunds may be offered for services interrupted by events beyond our control
  • Dispute Resolution: If refund request is denied, you may request escalation to senior management
  • Goodwill Gestures: In exceptional cases, we may offer account credits or service extensions instead of cash refunds
