Permission is granted to temporarily download and use Kognitec's services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Kognitec provides data science consulting, AI strategy development, predictive analytics, and custom machine learning solutions for businesses seeking to leverage their data for strategic advantage.

All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways including Razorpay and Paytm Business. Full payment is required before commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary solutions developed by Kognitec remain the intellectual property of Kognitec Solutions. Client data and derived insights remain the property of the client.

Kognitec shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
